Fluent communication in Dutch & English is a must.

We specialize in international provision of containment, sorting, rework and quality control services. Our company supports various OEM Manufacturers and suppliers in many European countries. Exact Systems’ main objective is to improve the quality of components and end products for automotive and other industries.

Job description Business Development and Sales Manager

Acts as the company's first point of contact and signboard. Both the company's values and the customer's expectations need to be conveyed. The person is responsible for expanding the sales of the services offered by the company. The main goal is to meet the company's set sales targets. The manager's focus should be on the company's profits, selling as many products or services as possible to with appropriate pricing is crucial in this.

The areas included in the remit:

- Closely monitoring market trends and developments to identify opportunities
- Developing expansion strategies
- Responsible for winning new customers
- Providing market insights
- Draft and develop strategy documents and sales plans for markets and customer
acquisition
- Following up on identified leads and convincing these potential customers about a
company's product or service
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Identifying opportunities and new markets
- Tracking and spotting trends and developments in existing and potentially new sales
markets for the company
- Customer visits
- Making appointments through acquisition,
- Keeping CRM System up to date
- Number of customer visits
- Reporting on sales figures
- Drawing up commercial contracts
- Adjust prices to the market developments
