YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Responsibility for sales, thus ongoing analysis of sales figures and related parameters for the evaluation of sales optimization opportunities
• Responsibility for staff recruiting, management and motivation of the sales outlet as well as for the promotion of junior staff potential
• Coordinating the areas of internal logistics, decoration and cash register management
• Compliance with company standards with regard to sales and customer service
• IT-supported assortment control/analysis and merchandise management in contact with the central purchasing department

• Sales-promoting area layout as well as optimal presentation of goods through internal visual merchandising guidelines

Votre profil

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A university degree or comparable training
• Several years of experience in a management position, ideally in "fashion retail" or another service industry
• Enthusiasm for fashion & lifestyle
• Assertive, entrepreneurial personality with strong analytical skills
• Strong customer and service orientation

• A high level of commitment, initiative and hands-on mentality
