Learning & Development Lead

As the Learning & Development Manager you will be in charge of the set up and implementation of the Learning & Development strategy and Performance management cycle for all countries (Be, Nl, Fr, Uk, Ge). In this role you will report to the Head of Human Resources AISE.
You will for L&D and Performance Management :
  • be the expert and source of inspiration for MS AISE and MSAM on L&D. You will have a vision and enthusiast approach to take the lead in implementing a continuous learning culture in our organisation
  • as the sparring partner of the business leaders and HRBP’s, identify with a critical mind the learning needs, in both technical, soft skills and leadership needs
  • create, coordinate and implement the L&D agenda
  • be sensitive to the ROI and in charge of the L&D budget
  • maintain contacts with the different learning partners
  • lead the Performance Management Cycle in close collaboration with HR Services team
  • sensibilise the organisation on the importance of transparent performance and feedback
  • drive talent management and succession planning process
  • manage employee engagement survey and initiatives
What we are looking for:
We need a candidate who can deliver on the above purpose by utilising his/her experience and expertise in Learning & Development in an international environment.
Our ideal candidate will :
  • have drive, resilience and be able to self-manage
  • be highly collaborative across functions and countries and within the HR Team
  • test assumptions, listens and is curious
  • ideally be fluent in English, Dutch and French
  • have experience of using HRIS, specifically Workday would be an advantage
