About this role:

As a Planning and Forecast Specialist, you are the spider in the web around all operational activities of Takeaway.com in Belgium. You are directly involved in the day-to-day business and reaching our Target KPI’s. Assist the City Operations Manager and hub team to and improve operational results by leading /coordinating driver shifts as well as taking ownership in a variety of projects. In short; a real all-rounder. As part of the operational team of Takeaway.com's delivery branch, you have an important role in further professionalizing and shaping the Food Delivery business as a whole. In this role you report directly to the Head of the Central Support team Belgium.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Short term planning and forecasting of the Food Delivery business in Belgium.
• Lead/coordinate driver shifts to ensure effective and efficient execution of Scoober delivery activities for your cities, in line with defined policies, to achieve employee and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in varying projects, improving operations where there are opportunities for it.
• Analyse the results and proposing improvement plans.
• Maintain relationships with the city but also other departments, such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Management.

What will you bring to the table?

• Completed HBO or University education
• Experience with project management
• Work experience in forecasting or business planning is a plus
• Competencies: excel proficiency, analytical, accurate, stress resistant, connecting
• You speak English and either Dutch or French
