Hays is looking for an Analytics Specialist for one of our clients in Vilvoorde.
The job:
A big company in Vilvoorde, specialised in Health & Beauty, is looking for an analytics specialist, to strengthen their insights into their marketing campaigns.
The role you will take:
- Developing and proposing new reports to give the e-Commerce team more insight into the analytics collected.
- Managing the GTM (Google Tag Manager) containers: optimizing and extending the current implementation.
- Acting as liaison to IT to implement tracking/scripts via source code to drive further analytics and insights into the data.
- Working closely with IT to develop innovation projects such as cross-device tracking, cross-channel tracking and cross-platform tracking to better map the entire user journey.
- Researching and implementing new tracking features to improve data collection.
- Managing projects such as the implementation of a new tracking tool (GA4), leading A/B testing projects.
- Co-building a more comprehensive reporting package, including dashboards, monitoring channel performance and presenting it to key stakeholders.
- Performing ad hoc analysis to support UX improvements and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Supporting and training the e-commerce teams.
- In this role, you will report to the eCommerce Manager Benelux. You will actively contribute to the further growth of our organization. In short, an ideal position for an ambitious professional.
Your profile:
- You feel at home in a world of luxury cosmetics and beauty products, in an informal working environment where responsibility, teamwork, entrepreneurship and a good atmosphere are important principles.
- Furthermore, you meet the following profile:
- You hold a Master's degree in a digital major.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a digital environment (e-commerce or retail preferred).
- You are Dutch or French speaking and have good knowledge of English.
- You have good knowledge of: Google Analytics 360, GA4, GTM & Data Studio, Firebase.
- You have experience in A/B testing with tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or similar tools.
- You have experience in SQL for Big Query and Tableau.
- You have basic JavaScript knowledge and HTML is a plus.
- You have a love for data and enjoy learning.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and are communicative.
