To support Bleckmann's intensive growth, the finance team is expanding with an experienced Controller.

Function

In this versatile position you participate in all financial reporting processes within our company where you work closely with the various departments. You will be part of a small team of four people and report to the Business Controller.

Your activities consist of:

• Drawing up and monitoring budgets;
• drawing up, analysing, interpreting and discussing various periodic financial reports, both internally and for the benefit of the customer;
• based on your analyses, the proactive formulation of proposals for process improvement, result improvement and savings;
• the reporting of business indicators and KPIs;
• discussing reports with the (internal) customer;
• make a proactive contribution to the Continuous Improvement methodology.

Profile

• A higher education in a business or financial economic direction;
• Minimum 2 years of successful work experience in a finance-related position;
• Good command of MS Excel;
• Knowledge of the Dutch and English language (both spoken and written);
• You have the ability to process large amounts of data quickly and accurately and you are strongly result-oriented;
• You can function independently, you are able to achieve results together with others, and you are flexible and resistant to stress.
