Working at Arxus: grower and pioneer

Arxus is a young, healthy grower: a strong and stable company, backed by the Cronos group. You won't find cowboys here. Innovators and pioneers indeed: your Arxus colleagues get a kick out of staying one step ahead and are therefore given plenty of room to innovate.

We are the Microsoft Partner of The Year (for the second time!) in Belgium. Oh, did we tell you? Well, we're really proud of it. And we know that soon you will be too.

A job with great content, top colleagues and great benefits

We like to work together for a long time with a talent like you. So we make sure you stay satisfied. That is why we offer you the challenges and growth opportunities you need to develop yourself. And benefits that make you enjoy coming to work day after day: a nice, market-based salary – with a mobility budget, meal allowance, hospitalization and group insurance and 12 ADV days.

A non-stop growth process: training, (inter)national fairs, conferences, sharing knowledge at the office. the Cronos Care package: free offers, affordable prices, great discounts, …

Our legendary corporate events: barbecues, VR gaming, carting, LAN parties, Innovation Nights, …

Open Source Engineer at Arxus: what do you do?

You have a knowledge of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache!, Mysql, PHP) to say the least. Basic concepts (NTP, DNS, package management…) of Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS? No secrets her for you!

You are so helpful, communicative and customer-friendly that you will immediately be in the good graces of your colleagues and customers. Your experience with basic networking principles will add an extra plus to your name. But what we would especially like to see coming: tons of enthusiasm with which you dive into both the private and the public cloud (with Azure being your preference).

  • Crazy about tech. You have a skill set that barely fits on an A4 sheet of paper: you use erratas and packages effortlessly and work smoothly with Git and pipelines. And you can easily join the conversation when it comes to RedHat licensing and Update Infrastructure and Infrastructure & Configuration as Code (yep, that happens - also at the coffee machine). Have you also mastered: Bash/Python, Ansible, OpenShift/Kubernetes and Docker, Kibana/Logstash/Elasticsearch and Proftpd. Experience with the SAFe/Agile principles? Love it!
  • Own your s**t. You take a firm grip on a project and we like that. We expect you to take full ownership of features: you write them and execute them.

A little bit of a crazy gene inside you? We love you already!

We love people who don't fit into boxes. People who dare to be different. Who work smoothly in a team and manage their projects themselves, like a boss. People who are serious about their job, but less so outside of it. People who just (want to) be themselves. Are you such a person? And can you provide us with a strong resume? Or did you just graduate and are you really eager to go for it?

Apply now, hassle-free!

Interested in working with us? Introduce yourself to us, it's easy peasy.
