We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our HR Lead Generation team at Verisure Belgium and help us take our HR recruitment campaigns to the next level!

Your mission:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll have the chance to manage and optimize our campaigns across recruitment platforms, social media, our career website, and other channels. You'll work closely with our sales recruiters and sales team to create and execute campaigns on Indeed and Stepstone and on social media platform (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat) and you'll use your analytical skills to monitor and optimize these campaigns for maximum impact. In addition to campaign management, you'll be involved in analyzing and optimizing the performance of the sales recruitment team and you'll help bring our HR sales recruitment strategy to life.

This is a dynamic role that offers plenty of room for growth and creativity, and we're looking for someone who's eager to learn and collaborate with others.

What makes you an ideal candidate?

• You are fluent in Flemish and French

• You have a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing

• You have a good knowledge of social media marketing platforms

• You are comfortable with numbers and can take actions from your analysis

• Familiarity with design is a plus

• You are a creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table

• You are enthusiastic with a learning mindset and comfortable with performance driven environment
