Cluster F&B Manager | NH Grand Place Arenberg & NH Carrefour de l'Europe

 

NH Belgium is looking for a Cluster F&B Manager to manage 2 of their hotels: NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg & NH Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe.

You are responsible for the Food & Beverage department of these 2 hotels, and you are part of the Management Team. As Food and Beverage Manager you evaluate and encourage your team to get the most out of themselves and to keep developing themselves. You identify and communicate bottlenecks and help to solve them. You also monitor the implementation of internal procedures and legislation, for example in the field of budget & planning and HACCP. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the first point of contact for compliments and complaints.

Who are you?

• Helping guests puts a big smile on your face. The 'always a pleasure' mentality is second nature for you, and you are happy go the extra mile for our guests;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team in a restaurant or hotel and you cannot wait to manage the Food & Beverage department!
• In addition, you know how to get the best out of your team by coaching, inspiring and supporting them;
• You like to share your knowledge in the field of gastronomy and service and you have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
