Job Purpose and Impact

The Dairy Alt Champion will be a liaison between the category strategy build team and the regional customer facing research and development team to ensure strong communication and collaboration. In this role, you will provide advanced knowledge and thought leadership and be the central point of connectivity between the two teams and will manage the communications for the strategy, growth plans and goals from the category strategy build team to the research and development team to champion the alignment locally to those plans. You will inform the category strategy build team on the tasks to be completed as well as where needs are unmet and will provide insights, the voice of the customer, project portfolio and results and will help to clarify the strategic workforce planning and training plans. Be a thought leader and facilitate category launches with the regional customer facing research and development team. Be co-responsible (with any R&D category lead) for the local growth plans to deliver the agreed results themselves and through the customer facing research and development team. Facilitate the value proposition build for the category. Be responsible for the category strategic workforce planning analysis to ensure sufficient resources are available and allocated to achieve category strategies and goals. Champion the ideation for the category and be responsible to share knowledge, learnings and insights with other like category teams globally. Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Innovation studio masterclass Minimum of six years of related work experience Confirmed ability to influence the business and cross functional teams locally and regionally Fluent level of English

Preferred Qualifications Innovation studio yellow belt Minimum of 10 years of experience in food ingredient technical services, applications, or similar discipline Proven ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise Preferred location is Vilvoorde-Belgium, but open to candidates from other locations that are willing to relocate
