Sales Representative Benelux

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the Benelux, with a focus on Belgium but providing support to the Netherlands as well. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales initiatives, build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners, and promote Louvre Hotels Group as the preferred choice for accommodation and event venues. Through your proactive approach, you will generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to maximize revenue potential. You will be working closely together with the operations, marketing and revenue management department, which makes you fully integrated in a 360-degree organisation.
Key accountabilities
- Creating, maintaining, and developing the client accounts
- Active participation in the network animation and organisation of client events
- Support of local sales actions
- Training teams to become sales ambassadors.

Profile candidate:
- Experience in sales of 2-3 years, or relevant educational background in hospitality or sales
- Communication professionally in Flemish and English, both in writing and verbal
- Experience using Microsoft Office; experience using Opera is a pro.
- Adaptable with a pro-active and hands on approach to work
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
