We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Belgium. As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our customer base. You'll work with a talented team of professionals and 12 sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Eltex's sales goals and objectives in Belgium.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 12 sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure alignment of sales activities with company goals and objectives by collaborating with other departments.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales and marketing performance in Belgium.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a sales team.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch (and French).
