In search of a Junior Marketplace Specialist

The Nayan Marketplace team is searching for a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketplace Specialist (customer service and operational focus) to join our team.

Your role

You will manage consumer questions and complaints, upload and update listings for our business partners (brands) on marketplaces such as Amazon, Bol, Zalando and more.

You will make sure all orders are well processed, as well as supporting the existing team to make sure all the processes run smoothly.

The entire order process, logistics and customer requests are in your hands. You will follow company procedures precisely, with an eye for detail, to guarantee excellent service and ensure the growth of our brands.

Experience in managing customer requests is a plus.

Your skills and experience

You’re fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.

You have strong communication skills, are customer focussed and quality driven.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets and working with data overall.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
